The special shape of the profile of the slot diffuser allows the efficient separation of solid substances.

The AAQUA-SIEVE YS includes a strainer basket in wedge-wire.
The water flows from the inside through the strainer basket.
The flushing of the filter is done by a pinch valve with full bore.
This will allow large debris and pieces of plastic to be flushed freely.
The sieve is flushed each time before the feed pump stops or on differential pressure over the filter (optional).
The filter has no moving parts as the pinch valve is pneumatically operated.
In case the filter must be cleaned manually, the flush valve can be disassembled by loosening four nuts. The strainer can be cleaned with high pressure and remounted afterwards.
